Position Overview for the Assistant Store Manager:  

  • Ecommerce Store Management Support: Assist Store Managers in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing store environments, ensuring that products, descriptions, and images are updated for seamless front-end functionality.

  • Inventory and Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with Store Managers and fulfillment partners to monitor and manage inventory levels, handle restocking, and ensure shipping rates are accurate. Assist with logistics and warehouse management to ensure efficient customer experiences.

  • Product Updates and Launch Coordination: Work with Account Managers to gather necessary information for new launches, update stores with new products, and ensure that customer-facing information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Reporting and Revenue Recommendations: Conduct periodic sales reports for clients and use data insights to make recommendations aimed at driving revenue growth. Collaborate with marketing teams to ideate unique merchandise for clientele.

Required Skills for the Assistant Store Manager:  

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, merchandising, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment, with 1+ years in merchandising, ecommerce, supply chain, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is required. Experience with Photoshop and ecommerce platforms is a plus.

  • Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, ability to work well under tight deadlines, adaptable to changing priorities, and a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.

Compensation Details:$25.51/hour W2. NOT OPEN TO C2C.
