**Providence Health Plan is calling an Associate Membership Accounting Specialist who will:**
+ Support individual member accounts as it pertains to member eligibility, enrollment, premium billing and delinquency accounts
**Essential Functions:**
+ Provide excellent customer service for all interactions
+ Maintain confidentiality of all information related to members and employees
+ Collaborates with other MA Individual teams to address concerns or complaints
+ Takes initiatives to bring up issues and concerns, including recommendations for resolution
+ Develops industry knowledge
+ Other duties as assigned

**Required qualifications for this position include:**
+ 1+ years of experience working in a customer service-oriented environment

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
