**Job Description:**

This position is a member of the Quality and Compliance team and reports to the Quality Manager. This position provides expertise in PACE quality and compliance processes and regulations to empower Interdisciplinary Teams to have tools and knowledge to make decisions and elevate participant voice. Completes audits, training and data collection and trending to Interdisciplinary Teams leadership. This role is a centralized position supporting multiple clinics in the Washington state area (mostly Seattle).

This position entails the following duties:

+ Facilitate quality initiatives, projects and PDSAs in collaboration with leadership.

+ Identifies, analyzes and develops solutions to complex problems with multiple departments. Including updating workflows, policies and process to meet regulatory changes, best known way and an expanding program.

+ Work to develop close links to all departments requiring training resources in order to anticipate future training needs and to properly prepare for training.

+ Contribute toward team cohesiveness and efficiency; participate as a team player, sharing experiences, ideas, problems and solutions in an effort to continually improve processes and/or training materials.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related health field. Or equivalent education/experience.

+ 3 years of relevant clinic or PACE experience, proficient working in an electronic health record

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ 3 years of quality improvement experience in health and/or social service agency setting preferred. Knowledge of PACE regulations is preferred.

+ 2 years of experience with computer software programs and managing data in a complex business environment.

+ 2 years of experience in interdepartmental/multi-facility system.

+ 2 years of experience in self-directed activities, multi-disciplinary work teams both as team leader and team member.

**About the Team**

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.

HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life. Our service lines include assisted living/skilled nursing/rehabilitation, home health, home infusion/pharmacy services, home medical equipment, hospice and palliative care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), personal home services/private duty care and supportive housing.
