Audit Supervisor- Consumer Compliance

Hybrid (3 days in office/ 2 days remote)
ARC Group is currently looking for an Audit Supervisor with Consumer Compliance experience to join our client. This opportunity is with a Fortune 500 company based out of Boston, MA but the candidates selected can work in either Boston, MA, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, Texas, Providence, RI, Wilmington, DE.

Job Description: The Audit Supervisor will independently perform test work during complex audit activities for various Lines of Business (LOBs). Key responsibilities include designing and executing audit tests, assessing issues for business impact and recommending severity ratings, and building relationships with business partners. The role requires evaluating the control environment, fostering inclusivity, applying product, business, and technical expertise, and supporting team members' development.
Responsibilities:
- Execute audit strategy through risk-based auditing, defining audit scope, and developing audit programs, while leveraging automation and innovative methods.
- Apply product, business, and technical expertise to challenge management and improve the control environment.
- Assess impacts on business processes, controls, and strategies to provide recommendations on severity ratings.
- Contribute to draft audit reports and communicate audit results to business leaders.
- Support peer and team development through on-the-job training and promote an inclusive work environment.
- Establish relationships with line management to develop business knowledge.
- Utilize innovative tools to complete audit activities efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk, Business Controls, or related fields.
- Knowledge of consumer compliance regulations.
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities; ability to develop and convey a point of view.
- Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness with a cooperative attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Desire to learn and teach others, with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Professional Compliance or Audit Certification (e.g., CRCM, CIA).
