Bank Operations Consultant Temp (Banking exp. required)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1 year of relevant working experience
• Job Description:
• The consultant will be working on handling various operational tasks, such as assist customers with routine account related requests, research and resolve customer problems, and cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures etc.
• This consultant will be working within the Banking operation team and assist handling the increased workload of business new account requests, business account change signer requests, RFI/KYC requests, daily operations such as ICS and CDARS daily/monthly reports, witness services for sister branches, bank confirmations, bank reference letters, bank statements, internet banking services including update users, CD maturity/intermittence/withdrawals, open CD accounts including School District CDs, interest rates adjustment, and customer’s information changes such as address change or contact person change.
