Overview
Zulema Velasquez – State Farm Agency, located in Boyle Heights, CA is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.
Insurance experience is not required we will train the right person with the right skill set. Property and Casualty License will be required within the first 90 days of employment. Agent will provide $1,500 incentive for 52 hours of training and Licensing Fees that will be paid once you obtain your license.
Job Description
- Making sure your area is clean at all times
- Answer all the incoming calls
- Offer coffee, tea, water, etc. to client
- Always greet all customers
- Collect payments
- Assist the Sales Team with necessary duties
- Take care of the State Farm Recurring Payment Agreements

Per my agency’s new guidelines in 2023, all team members are required to have the Property & Casualty License within the first 6 months of employment.Â

All unlicensed team members will work part time until they obtain the Property & Casualty license.Â
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
