RaNae Candia – State Farm Agency, located in Garland, TX has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Sales and Retention Specialist. This position can be in office or remote. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set! Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Property and Casualty license.
The Insurance Sales and Retention Specialist is focused on sales and retention. Someone who has experience in handling cancellations and the skills to effectively resolve client issues is highly desired. Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Client retention, handle cancellations, policy transfers, claims and issue resolution.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Ability to influence other
- Dispute resolution skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
