Weer Insurance Group is hiring at our Chicago Location at 6737 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634. We are looking for a full-time experienced, Licensed Insurance Insurance Customer Service Representative. Must be bilingual, Ukrainian/English.
As a CSR for Weer Insurance Group, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Must be fluent in Ukrainian
- Must have an active Property and Casualty license
- This is not a remote position, you must be able to make the commute to 6737 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
