State Farm Agency, located in Jacksonville, FL has an immediate opening for a part-time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
As an Agent Team Sales Producer, you will receive:
- Hourly pay
- plus commission/bonus
- 401k (after 1 year of service), 3% match

Requirements:
- 440 Customer Service License
- Must have active driver’s license
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
