Ron Siegel – State Farm Agency, located in Kissimmee, FL has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Representative. Must have an active 2-20 or 4-40 license or the ability to become licensed. Sign on bonus for pre-licensed insurance professionals.
Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Responsibilities
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide and service our current customers
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred • Bilingual (Spanish)
• Property & Casualty license
