Overview
Bruce Gaston – State Farm Agency, located in Woodstock, GA has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Representative – State Farm Team Member. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set! Must be bilingual in Spanish and English and be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Sales experience preferred
- Office experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
