Jane Thackrey – State Farm Agency, located in Boca Raton, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Professional. We are an award winning State Farm agency focused on fulfilling the needs of our customers and creating success for our team.
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required. Prior insurance licensing is preferred or must be able to obtain. Please submit your resume and we will follow up with the next steps.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

- $21.00 – $25.00 Base Salary (based on experience and insurance licenses)

Requirements
- Must obtain & retain State of Florida insurance licenses.
- Background in Life Insurance a plus!
- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
- Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
