**Job Description: Heavy Equipment Operator**

$17-$27 per hour

LEAD Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our client's dynamic construction team. Our clients do site development and highway construction. Projects are long-term and have Temp-to-Perm possibilities. Looking for Jam-Up Operators! Operators whose work does the talking.

**Responsibilities:**

– Operate excavator, dozer, loader, back-hoe, grader, roller on site development projects & civil projects

– Shoot grades, man-made lakes & ponds, excavate for sewage pipes, parking lots, foundations, site clearing

– Able to if needed to get out of cab and assist in the dirt

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience as an Operator of 5 years or more in total operator experience

-GPS experience with Trimble or Top-Con is a HUGE PLUS
