Overview
**Description**
Under general supervision, responsible for performing research and analysis to support business operations and presenting findings to manager or project leader. Determines best practices and suggests how to improve current practices. Develops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations. May perform special projects upon request and on occasion may provide guidance to less experienced Business Analysts.

**Required qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience.
+ Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
+ 2 years of related work experience
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 2 years of project Management experience with the ability to work with data, manipulate spreadsheets and perform quantitative analysis.
