Immediate and fully remote opening for a Business Systems Analyst to join industry leading company in the Hospitality & Travel industry.
*This role is fully Remote*
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst:
- Work on projects related to reservation and guest systems, contributing to the transformation of legacy systems to API service-based technologies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop functional design information, change management documents, and more
- Analyze, document, and refine processes to support cross-functional collaboration
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps, timelines, and flowcharts to streamline and enhance operational efficiency
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) related roles, specifically business analysisÂ
- Strong experience working with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or MS Project
- Â Strong documentation and diagram creation or flowcharting skills
