Position Overview for the Business Systems Analyst:
Our client is looking for a candidate who will be instrumental in optimizing our manufacturing processes by designing, implementing, and maintaining our MES solutions. This person will be the liaison between the manufacturing team in Arkansas and the IT team in Richardson, Texas. Their expertise will drive improvements in our production efficiency, quality, and compliance by leveraging real-time data and advanced analytics.
Required Skills for the Business Systems Analyst:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems integration with MES
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing MES solutions, including workflows, UI’s, and system configurations. (**must have good communication with stakeholders)
- Experience developing and executing test plans to ensure MES solutions meet functional requirements and performance standards, as well as troubleshooting any issues.
