Starr Regional Health and Rehab is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)for our Nursing HomeDepartment. This job is permanent,full-time.

*Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following:*
* Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN or LPN, including monitoring vital signs, and recording intake and output.
* Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation.
* Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
* Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean and orderly.
*Minimum Education*
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience:â–¡ Preferred X Required
*Required Licenses*
[Tennessee, United States] Nursing Assistant
Nurse Aide Certification in State of TN
*Minimum Work Experience*
1 year recent post acute care experience X Preferred â–¡ Required
*Required Skills/Certifications:*
The below certifications will be required within 60 days of hire:
