ARC Group is currently seeking multiple Call Center Bankers to join our client’s team in Jacksonville, Florida. This exciting opportunity is with a Fortune 500 company in the banking industry. Job Description:
As a Call Center Banker, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients to achieve their financial goals by providing expert guidance on a variety of banking products and services. This position requires a balance between addressing service requests and identifying sales opportunities, all while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships by understanding their financial needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, offering personalized solutions
- Promote and fulfill banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans
- Recognize opportunities for licensed sales functions and facilitate referrals to Line of Business partners
- Provide accurate quotes for rates, terms, and banking programs
- Mitigate risk in all transactions by utilizing available tools effectively
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial services is essential.
- Sales experience, particularly in cross-selling, upselling, or product referrals, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with inbound or outbound contact center environments (phone, chat, or video)
- Preferred experience as a Personal Banker managing high client volume.
