Call Center Coordinator

CALL CENTER COORDINATOR:

We are looking for a Call Center Coordinator that will be responding to its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively calling leads to set appointments for our Construction Company. Must have previous customer service experience, as well as management or coordinator experience. High volume of outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, set appointments
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Act as Department Lead
  • Complete daily appointment confirmations
  • Responsible for generating weekly team schedule

Skills:

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Positive Attitude with ability to motivate your team
  • Management or Coordinator experience preferred

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Salary Description $30000 – 50000
