Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Elk Grove, California office.
A qualified applicant will have:

Excellent computer and communication skills

Management experience

Customer service experience

Be available to work evenings and weekends

Ability to resolve conflicts and issues.
- Must have outbound calling Experience
Job duties include:
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Customer Service
• Manage sales reps schedules
• Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
