Call Center Representative
Luxury Bath is one of the fastest growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We are looking for quality people to join our winning team. Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch.
We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Vancouver, WA office. A qualified applicant will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.
Job duties include:

Schedule and confirm appointments

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls

Customer Service

Manage sales reps schedules

Achieve weekly and monthly quotas

Assist customers in showroom
Requirements:
- Must have ability to work with a CRM system and office assistant as task needed
- Must have Saturday availability
- 1-3 years relevant experience
