IDR is seeking a Change Enablement Analyst for a 6+ month contract position. The ideal candidate for this role has broad experience working in an IT division and has successfully implemented a change enablement/change management plan to integrate a new/updated technology or process. The analyst should be able to build enthusiasm and minimize resistance during pre-implementation activities, design appropriate training and change activities, and re-enforce best practices during post-implementation monitoring.

Required Skills for Change Enablement Analyst:

  • Create an end-to-end plan to integrate new technology coordinating between business stakeholders and IT partners
  • Leverage multiple communication channels targeted to various audience sizes and technical backgrounds. 
  • Create training for self-service and in-person/virtual modes of learning using digital authoring tools (DAS, Articulate Rise, and/or video) 

Preferred Skills for Change Enablement Analyst

  • Experience in an agile environment – Recommended, not required
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion/Cloud Change – Recommended, not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Office) – Recommended, not required.
