Position: Chief Operations Officer (BANK) Retail Banking a must
Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Opportunity as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at our clients $1 billion asset-sized bank. As a key member of the executive team, you’ll oversee Retail Operations, Marketing, HR, Compliance, Community 7Outreach, IT, and Internal Audit. You’ll lead committees, provide coaching, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior experience in a bank with assets of 1BN or similar.
  • Extensive senior managerial experience.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of banking operations, regulations, and risk management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior-level bank operations experience, preferably in a bank of 1BN Asset Size.

Salary:
Depending on experience & skill
($200,000 – $250,000)
