Position: Chief Operations Officer (BANK) Retail Banking a must
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Opportunity as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at our clients $1 billion asset-sized bank. As a key member of the executive team, you’ll oversee Retail Operations, Marketing, HR, Compliance, Community 7Outreach, IT, and Internal Audit. You’ll lead committees, provide coaching, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience in a bank with assets of 1BN or similar.
- Extensive senior managerial experience.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough understanding of banking operations, regulations, and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of senior-level bank operations experience, preferably in a bank of 1BN Asset Size.
Salary:
Depending on experience & skill
($200,000 – $250,000)
