We are one of the fastest-growing agencies, and we’re looking to add a talented Client Service Representative to join our Property & Casualty Insurance team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Client Relationship Representative:

l  Develop insurance proposals, take incoming calls, make outgoing service calls

l  Communicating with our clients

l  Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

l  Staying informed about competing products and services

l  Ability to show empathy not only to clients but also to your team members

l  We have very high standards

l  Service Clients’ insurance policy requests

l  Make policy renewal calls

l  Work policy Alerts and Notifications

l  Provide excellent service and ask for google reviews

l  We ask our team members to perform on a daily bases & we compensate them for their hard work

Requirements

Qualifications for the Client Relationship Representative:

l  Previous Customer Service experience is required

l  Willingness to learn how to sell & be comfortable in sales environment is required

l  Insurance experience is preferred

l  Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior

l  Must be coach-able

l  Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year? If you follow our service & sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $55,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.
