This role involves maintaining and administering the company’s compensation database and tools, evaluating jobs, developing job architecture, and conducting audits on data compliance and system alignment. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Compensation Partner:
- Maintain and administer the company’s compensation database and tools
- Monitor compensation review inbox and research and pull relevant market and employee data to make pay recommendations
- Work with compensation partners to evaluate jobs and develop and maintain job architecture
- Research and analyze internal and external data to help determine pay structures, base pay ranges and adjustments, and determine competitive position of roles
- Conduct audits on data compliance and system alignment
- Support administration with annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles
Required Skills for Compensation Partner:
- 3+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards, talent acquisition, HR, HR Systems, Operations or Finance
- Advanced excel/Google sheets skills and ability to translate data into a story
- Ability to utilize HR Information Systems, Google Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Human Resources Management, or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Financial and accounting familiarity – ability to partner with our Finance and Accounting colleagues to provide relevant data and investigate outliers
- Workday experience (preferred)
