The Confirmation Specialist communicates with all of our customers, ensuring they are set up for success for all remodeling projects. Confirming consultations, design appointments, project feedback, and customer satisfaction are critical responsibilities to this role. Duties/Responsibilities

• Confirms all consultations with leads and customers.
• Conducts customer feedback assessments after project completion.
• Contacts homeowner to schedule appointments.
• Troubleshoots various service problems
• Maintains intra- and inter- department communication

What it takes to be successful

• Call center or marketing experience, preferred
• Scheduling and/or Office administrative experience; 2-3, required
• Quality focus and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including heavy telephone and email communication
• Ability to set appointments and reduce cancellations with customers
• High attention to detail
• Team-oriented and willingness to learn

Salary

From $17.00/ hour, based on experience + bonus incentives

Salary Description $30000 – 50000
