Overview
Under the supervision and direction of the Program Director provides direct patient psychological counseling and behavioral health consultations.
Minimum EducationMaster’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited university.
Minimum Work ExperienceAt least five years experience working in the Mental Health Field preferred.
Required Licenses[Kentucky, United States] Counselor
Must be a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Kentucky.
Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtained within 90 days after hire date.
