Overview
Position Details:
- Position Name: Coordinator, Customer Service

Essential Job Functions/Tasks:
- Coordinates the customer quote process, contracts pricing, and customer program information. Updates pricing within the computer system.
- Responsible for moving orders through the entire order cycle.
- Works with customers and the Finance team to obtain credit references, establish payment terms, and issue credits when necessary.
- Investigates customer complaints and collaborates with the Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Completes and processes all administrative forms related to customer service. Creates and maintains sales reports.
- Continually develops and improves customer service processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Works with customers by providing monthly AR statements and assists finance with collections.
Other Job Functions:
- Performs other related tasks as assigned, some of which may become essential to the position.
Safety Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with all safety protocols and practices as outlined by Hunter Industries.
Qualifications:
- Education/Training Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Required: Minimum three years of customer service experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze reports and use data effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing organizational needs.
- Preferred: Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, knowledge of credit allocations and collections, experience with international supply chains and logistics.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for extended periods, occasional walking and climbing stairs.
- Finger dexterity sufficient for computer use and paperwork.
- Visual acuity and hearing sufficient for communication.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 70 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Office setting with controlled temperature.
