ROLE DESCRIPTION:

State Farm agents market only State Farm Insurance products. We are focused on taking care of our existing customers. No cold calling or sales requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Schedule appointments and identify customer needs.

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Property and Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain)
