Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Orlando, FL Onsite
Job Type: Full-time (3-6 Month Contract, Seasonal)
Salary: $16/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our inbound call center team. As a Call Center Representative, you will provide excellent service by handling inbound calls related to diaster unemployment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues. This position offers both onsite and remote options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and complete information in response to customer inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Document and track interactions in the customer database.
  • Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation.
  • Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls with patience and efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and basic software applications.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time (for onsite positions).
