Overview
USA Staffing is now hiring for Customer Service professionals for an on-site position (no remote opportunities) in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a full-time, temp to hire position, with a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday. Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years customer service with the ability to learn product support that can be mechanical and technical in nature. Bilingual/ Spanish is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound, inbound, and follow up customer calls
- Product trouble shooting
- Data entry, call and customer documentation
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8AM to 5PM
Payrate:
- $18.00 to $19.00 an hour depending on experience
