William Thomson – State Farm Agency, located in Warrington, PA is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a low-pressure position focused on service acquisition and existing client retention for a well-established State Farm Agent. We are looking for a team player who will treat our customers well and show how much they care through their service.
If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer phones and greet clients.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
