Position Overview for the Data Analyst:

Data Extraction and Integration: Extracts and integrates healthcare and operations data from multiple internal and external sources. Designs and develops complex reports to support performance measurement, quality outcomes management, and various planning projects.

Quality Assurance and Analysis: Applies rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and methodological soundness. Analyzes and compares data to benchmarks and standards, providing detailed performance summaries and identifying potential data issues.

Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Abstracts, validates, and submits data elements to external agencies to meet regulatory reporting requirements. Monitors data integrity and coordinates data transfers, ensuring alignment with system standards.

Training and Technical Support: Provides technical support and training on data retrieval, statistical analysis, and data visualization methods. Develops customized templates and formats, and assists end-users with database applications and data presentation.
Required Skills for the Data Analyst:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Healthcare Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree.

Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of recent relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in data extraction, integration, and analysis within a healthcare setting.

Technical and Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using data/information to produce user-specified reports, and the ability to perform complex mathematical and statistical calculations.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts and data to diverse audiences. Ability to interact effectively with team members, maintain confidentiality, and promote an inclusive work environment.

Compensation Details:$43-$46/hr. W2. NOT OPEN TO C2C.
