Overview

Assists clients with business solution definition as well as campaign management and business intelligence tools and/or processes through all or some of the following ways: • Fully understands details of client’s data and Acxiom’s marketing capabilities, ensuring clients receive accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted and ready-to-market data. • Executes and analyzes decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness. • Provides data, analysis and recommendations to support multiple technical operations and ensure client satisfaction. • Researches, trouble shoots, administers application administration, conducts application user training, and code changes.

+ Implements and analyzes decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.

+ Provides data, analysis and recommendations to support multiple technical operations and ensure client satisfaction!

+ Researches, trouble shoots, coordinates application administration, conducts application user training, and code changes.

**Duties and responsibilities**

+ Point of contact for clients, defining business solutions and managing campaigns using business intelligence tools, ensures compliance with service level agreements through post-production audits.

+ Leads and handles complex campaigns, ensuring client deliverables and campaign execution meet specifications.

+ Analyzes data to measure campaign efficiency, operations performance, and customer happiness!

+ Acts as internal authority in campaign processes, driving client relationships, standard methodologies, and process improvements.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Proven knowledge of solution management.

+ Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

+ Specific Industry knowledge.

+ Demonstrated ability to own / drive communicate with clients and internal team members – answering sophisticated questions, resolving issues, conducting research for client marketing team including marketing management.

+ Attention to detail, meaningful to supervise and audit.
