Essential Functions:

Customer-Centric: Engage with customers and internal departments with exceptional service across various communication channels.

Tech Savvy: Provide proficient support for Online Banking and Mobile Banking, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Cash Management Expertise: Implement various Cash Management services, from ACH to Wires, with precision and efficiency.

Audit Readiness: Gather and manage all audit-related materials and requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Training and Support: Educate customers and bank personnel on our suite of services and products, empowering them to utilize them effectively.

Proactive Resolution: Address customer issues and system maintenance promptly, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our operations.
Required Education and Experience:

Educational Foundation: High school diploma or GED is required.

Operational Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of Deposit Operations experience, with preference given to those with Cash Management support experience.
Competencies:

Numeric Proficiency: Strong 10-key and math skills are essential for this role.

Tech Literacy: Basic computer skills are necessary to excel in this position.
