DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST (remote from FL)
ARC Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our direct client in their Fort Lauderdale offices. This can also be done remotely from Tampa, Gainesville, Orlando, or Jacksonville areas. This is a full-time / direct hire position.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a key interface both to external and internal customers, working directly with customers as well as sales, engineering, business operations and other teams. The position requires 2 years of digital marketing management experience, with a focus on content development preferably with high-tech products (i.e. IT or similar) and demonstrated experience with the Adobe product suite and writing to technical B2B audiences.

Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description:
Under the direction of executive management and in close coordination with sales, this person will serve as the point-person for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the company brand. These initiatives and activities include management of the company’s online presence (LinkedIn, Twitter) and development and management of collateral / marketing materials. This may also include development and execution of campaigns (web, social media, etc.) and managing (updating) the Company’s corporate website.
You will ensure the client’s products, services and product lines resonate with current and potential customers and align with brand and image. You will gather market and customer needs in developing go-to-market plans and activities for specific products or product lines that maximize sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Specialist Specialist’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Create and maintain customer-facing product collateral, messaging, and marketing tools (templates) for the sales team.
- Support sales training in area of expertise to include support with key customer presentations and events.
- Manage product life cycle and global business activities (e.g., GTM plans, portfolio/roadmap management, EOL planning, competitor research).
- Partner with cross-functional teams; interface with sales and other teams to collect requirements for new products, features, or enhancements.
- Analyze market, competitive, sales, and customer data to contribute to product plans and product strategies.
- Consolidate customer, market data and strategies to support product definition, positioning, promotion, and pricing strategies.
- Support (as needed) key activities required to launch new products into the market (NPI, new product introduction)
Education and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing management/development experience, with some high-tech products (i.e. IT or similar).
- Content creation for B2B technical audiences and products.
- Experience with Adobe product suite and MS Office.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain good relationships with worldwide team members and customers.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including “story telling”).
- Knowledge of graphics market and/or IT Components (DRAM, SSD) preferred.
- BA or BS in Marketing or another applicable field preferred.
