*POSITION SUMMARY:*
Develops and directs marketing strategy and implementation of initiatives for Lifepoint Health’s physician practices in the company’s acute care hospital markets that drive patient acquisition and patient relationship nurturing, aimed at increasing practice volume. Partner with service line subject matter experts, cross-functional team members, and marketing leads at Lifepoint hospitals for proactive marketing solutions, as well as routinely leads discussions with senior level physician services operational stakeholders on marketing strategies and initiatives with knowledge and conviction.

* Responsible for leadership, communication, consultation, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning for Healthy Person Programs including Programmatic Development.
* Translate business vision and strategy into operational tactics and build the organizational infrastructure required to achieve goals.
* Utilize analytical and quantitative methods to enhance and improve processes, systems, and effectiveness for all affiliated hospitals and services by assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations/ solutions that support the strategic priorities and the Company’s mission and vision.
* Partner with senior executives, sales and marketing executives, and market leadership to identify and enable growth strategies. Responsible for developing business cases, including financial components, for new program development and capital projects.
* Collaborate with clinical leaders, physician leaders, and quality leaders to ensure goals are set with clear quality standards and a system for tracking and reporting selected metrics.
* Provide direction for policy and procedure development, training, and leading practices for use within the facility, deliver hands-on training, and assist in implementing standardization, utilization, integration, and optimization plans.
* Conducts technology and program assessments of specific hospital systems as needed/required and provides written reports to include opportunities for improvement and identification of leading practices Regular and reliable attendance
*Education:*Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
*Experience:*5 years of experience leading breast imaging and mammography programs
Moderate overnight travel (up to 30%) by land and/or air.
