*What you’ll do:*

*As a*Director, Marketing and Brand Development, you will l**ead branding and content marketing strategies, processes and programs. Lead service lines content creation within Lifepoint Health’s acute care hospitals. Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that drive patient access and growth of focused service lines. Partner with service line subject matter experts, organizational leaders and marketing leads at Lifepoint’s hospitals for proactive marketing solutions.

*Responsibilities:*

· Lead the development of content marketing strategies aligned to operational strategic plans to support growth at the hospital facility-level.

· Establish brand guidelines for locations across multiple lines of business

· Lead planning process for custom campaign development and in the development of campaigns to be shared by Lifepoint hospitals as best practices.

· Provides project management guidance for the fulfilment of marketing requests from LifepDirectooint hospitals, as well as initiating proactive tactics and tools to drive key focus areas of growth, for maximum ROI.

· Work with and draw conclusions from multiple data sources to identify trends, insights and recommended action.

· Lead content approach for service lines for a centralized Marketing Portal and Digital Library

· Lead development of impactful collateral assets with Creative Services.

· Collaborate with Lifepoint Communications to ensure appropriate line of sight for any communication support identified at the division or facility level

· Develop and curate various content types to deploy across print and digital platforms, reflecting identified value propositions by service line channel for strength of message and tone.

· Develop marketing strategies aligned to operational strategic plans to support growth at the hospital facility-level. Providing content and content strategy targeted to specific audiences.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with facilitating asset creation and campaign execution

· Performs other duties as assigned.

*What you’ll need:*

*EDUCATION:*

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. Master’s degree preferred

*EXPERIENCE:*

* 8-10 years experience in Marketing or related field.

* Experience successfully navigating and delivering tangible results in large, complex organizations

* Strong understanding of the fundamental operations of hospital/healthcare industry

* Success leading in a fast paced, dynamic, transformational environment
