*POSITION SUMMARY:*
Develops and directs marketing strategy and implementation of initiatives for Lifepoint Health’s physician practices in the company’s acute care hospital markets that drive patient acquisition and patient relationship nurturing, aimed at increasing practice vol-ume. Partner with service line subject matter experts, cross-functional team members, and marketing leads at Lifepoint hospitals for proactive marketing solutions, as well as routinely leads discussions with senior level physician services operational stakehold-ers on marketing strategies and initiatives with knowledge and conviction.

* Concepts, directs and implements the development of marketing strategies aligned to operational strategic plans to support growth at employed physician practices across all acute hospital markets.
* Leads and implements end-to-end process for successful onboarding of new providers, including profile data management, resource/template management that supports market leads, and tracking and accountability measures that support physician practice benchmark priorities and budgets.
* Develops marketing initiatives to support new practice openings/ acquisitions and stays abreast of market dynamics to help identify new growth strategies.
* Directs content strategy for medical group websites to ensure up-to-date content, compliance and best practice user experience.
* Leads regular touchpoints with a multitude of key stakeholders, including senior leadership, with clear articulation of marketing performance.
* Provides project management for the fulfilment of marketing requests from Lifepoint hospital leads and physician services leads, as well as initiating proactive tactics and tools to drive key focus areas of growth, for maximum ROI.
* Work with and draw conclusions from multiple data sources to identify trends, insights and recommended action.
* Develops and implements best practice collateral materials, for scaling and localized customization needs.
* Facilitate development of impactful creative assets with project management coordination with Creative Services Department .
* Exercises key time management skills to meet service agreements with project deadlines, handling multiple projects and pivoting priorities.
* Remains aware of and compliant with all marketing-related guidelines and policies for physician practice marketing.
*Education:*
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications required.
*Experience:*
* 5 years experience in Marketing or related field.
* Experience successfully navigating and delivering tangible results in large, com-plex organizations
* Strong understanding of the fundamental operations of hospital/healthcare industry
* Success leading in a fast paced, dynamic, transformational environment
* Influencing ability to promote creative solutions and new ideas
* Strong strategic planning expertise
* Effective communicator and collaborator – ability to communicate complex information and interact with senior leaders/management teams, as well as present, ad-dress and resolve nuanced situations
