Overview
District Marketing Specialist (Part-Time/Flexible Schedule) Job Description:
- Sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates for multiple positions (agent, staff)
- Supporting the Agency Business Consultant and District Manager administratively including:
- Frequent contact with agencies (phone, email, visitations)
- Supporting production and growth objectives via special initiatives
- Candidate requirements:
- Associate degree or higher
- Willingness to become licensed (Arizona Property &Casualty/Life &Health)
- Strong communications skills (written/verbal)
- Strong organizational skills
Benefits:
