ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assists direct supervisor with coordination of staff assignments and schedules
Maintains open communication with providers and physician services leadership team to ensure efficient and productive flow of clinic processes
Assists with end of month processes
Supervises and assists with administrative duties, including phone triage, patient scheduling, insurance authorization, patient registration, medical records maintenance and release, payment collection, and daypack/deposit
Under the direct supervision of medical provider, assists with evaluation and planning of individual treatment programs and goals and patient discharge
Exhibits excellent customer service and leadership skills
Maintains equipment and office and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, planning, and troubleshooting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Educationâ–¡ High School Diploma â–¡ Requiredâ–¡ Associate’s Degree â–¡ Preferred
Required SkillsRequires excellent customer service and critical thinking skills, detailed oriented with decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum Work Experienceâ–¡ Medical Office experience preferred
