Overview
Description – External
This position is responsible for routine daily cleaning of the facility, which includes cleaning beds, mopping floors, cleaning rest rooms, washing/disinfecting surfaces, dusting items, to ensure a safe, clean environment for patients, visitors and employees. Highly sensitive to the customer service needs of all patients, guests, and employees. Other Duties as assigned by Director of Building Services.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*
*Education:* High school diploma, GED, and or work experience
*Required Experience:* Housekeeping experience preferred, but will provide on the job training.
*Licensure:* None
*Skills:* Must be able to read and write, communicate well, able to remember task/assignments and work standing up for a full shift.
*Equipment:* Vacuums, maids carts, buckets, mop wringers, mop handles, trash containers, step stools and various small tools.
