**The Role:**

As the Executive Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of PCN. You will serve as a key liaison, working across our network to align regional teams with PCN’s clinical goals and strategic priorities. You will lead initiatives that drive clinical performance, foster integration, and promote best practices across our organization.

**What You’ll Do:**

+ **Strategic Integration Champion:** Spearhead the development and implementation of key initiatives that advance PCN’s strategic integration priorities, resulting in improved clinical performance and enhanced patient care.

+ **Data-Driven Decision Maker:** Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, address social determinants of health, and promote health equity across our network.

+ **Collaboration Catalyst:** Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including regional medical group leadership, executive teams, and functional areas across the organization, to ensure alignment and drive collective success.

+ **Clinical Quality Advocate:** Oversee the development of a comprehensive clinical quality strategy, including the integration of clinical pathways, consistent policies and procedures, and scope of practice optimization.

+ **Change Agent:** Lead the implementation of cross-cutting change initiatives, ensuring effective project management and communication strategies to drive adoption and achieve desired outcomes.

**What You’ll Bring:**

+ **Healthcare Expertise:** A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.

+ **Leadership Acumen:** 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a complex healthcare setting, demonstrating a proven ability to build relationships, drive results, and navigate organizational complexities.

+ **Strategic Mindset:** A deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans.

+ **Collaboration & Communication Skills:** Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences.

+ **Results Orientation:** A strong track record of success in leading and implementing complex initiatives that drive meaningful change.
