Peter Weidinger – State Farm Agency has an immediate opening for a full-time, experienced Financial Specialist. Ideal candidate will have experience in both advanced life sales and mutual fund sales.

This role will be responsible for the marketing, sale and service of financial products that meet the needs of customers. We are seeking ethical, energetic, motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individuals who will be afforded the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the people in their community.

Experienced Advisor can expect to make $60k+ with no cap on commissions!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers focusing on insurance and investing options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and financialservices.
  • Demonstrate outstanding client service and support by continuing to assist current clients in achieving their changing financial objectives.
  • Ability to work with other team members to foster financial referrals and to help train team members on any/all products and services.
  • Drive to make outbound phone calls on potential prospects and existing customers, and ability to conduct quality financial reviews with customers.
  • Drive to prospect for financial products with business owners inside and outside our book of business.

Requirements

  • Life and Health license required
  • Series 6 or 7, and 65 required
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people achieve their goals and dreams
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
