Position Overview for the Global Media Coordinator:
- Responsible for ensuring that metadata is “tagged” onto media entering our library in a timely manner by overseeing a team of full-time and freelance contributors that perform daily tagging operations.
- In charge of day-to-day coordination with operators, producers and users of the Global Content Platform.
- Will support the GCO structure through monitoring, processing, reporting, tracking and escalation of support requests, as well as documentation of processes and bugs that may be identified within the systems.
- Monitor daily ingests to the MAM; troubleshoot problem files
- Enhance metadata on ingested assets in order to improve content identifiability
- Perform User Acceptance Testing for new processes and workflows
- Support general system monitoring, bug reporting and tracking
- Collect all kinds of content (videos, photos) from esports events
- Organize, inject and manage files and finding strategies
Required Skills for the Global Media Coordinator:
- 1-2 years of Asset Management exposure
- Experience working with a media asset management software
- Familiarity with video and image editing platforms, specifically Adobe CC products
- Passionate about Esports
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize under time constraints and work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of main broadcast and digital video and audio formats
- Effective interpersonal skills; good judgment and ability to interact with different levels of management and teams
