**Department Details**
Hours are primarily weekends on Saturdays and Sundays with some Friday nights as needed. Free Sanford Wellness Center membership!
**Job Summary**
Introduces, educates and carries out exercise services to clients, including supervision of exercises facility. Acquires a general knowledge base of all exercise equipment and understands correct exercise techniques. Cleans, maintains and organizes exercise facilities as outlined in policies and procedures. Possesses the ability to work independently and with others, providing positive feedback and encouragement while overseeing all independent exercisers. Performs duties directed by management as needed, providing availability and assistance to whomever needs the extra hand within the facility. Completes the daily and weekly duty checklists. In times of equipment malfunction, reports malfunctions to the appropriate persons immediately. Expected to remove equipment that has malfunctioned or needs to be repaired.
**Qualifications**
High school graduate preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment and recertification as required.
