**Providence is calling a House Supervisor RN who will:**
+ Be responsible for assessing the needs of each patient assigned to his/her care
+ Plan and provide for the nursing care to meet those needs, including physical, psychosocial, and spiritual
+ Be responsible for coordinating the planned care with available staff, implementing the plan, and evaluating the care delivered to assigned patients
+ Identify and solve patient problems
+ Contribute to self-development and unit leadership by teaching and supervising co-workers
**_Please note the following important details regarding this role:_**
+ **Work Status Available:** Full Time
+ **Shifts Available: Day**
+ **Work Schedule Includes both:** Weekends and Weekdays
+ **This is an onsite role that will report into the hospital daily, as scheduled**
**Required qualifications for this position include:**
+ Graduation from an accredited nursing program
+ New Mexico Registered Nurse License
+ National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
+ 1+ years’ experience working as a Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**
+ Training in PALS

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
