Overview
Manages, processes, and maintains files and computer data for employee recruitment, employment, compensation, disciplinary action, licensure, certification, education and benefits. Serves as support for the Director of Human Resources, serves as the liaison for the hospital for all benefit vendors.

*Minimum Education*
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Health Care Administration, Business Administration preferred.

Knowledge of human resources information technology, applications such as Lawson, Kronos, and Taleo strongly preferred
Knowledge of federal and state laws surrounding employment, workers compensation, human relations and ability to apply knowledge to specific situations.

At least two to three years of full-time paid experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Knowledge in the operation of standard office equipment such as copier, fax, printer, calculator.
Knowledge of use of Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Internet, MS Outlook.
