TriStarr’s client, a Lancaster city non-profit, is seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist to support their HR department and assist with agency-wide tasks.

HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • You will maintain HR files, records, and documentation.
  • You will answer employee inquiries and assist with onboarding.
  • You will provide clerical support and assist with special events.
  • You will handle office duties such as scheduling, ordering supplies, and reception tasks.
  • You will perform other duties as assigned.

HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
 

  • You have a Business or HR degree.
  • Your 2+ yrs. of HR/Office experience is preferred.
  • You have 3+ yrs. of Customer Service experience.
  • You have strong attention to detail, computer, communication, and organizational skills.
  • You can handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Your Bilingual skills in Spanish/English are preferred.

***Please note: Candidates must have clean FBI, Child Abuse and PA State Police clearances before starting work.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: $35k-$39k/yr.
START DATE: asap, pending interviews
HOURS: Full-time, Monday-Friday,

DRESS CODE: Business casual
