Human Resources Intern
Grand Peaks is a fully integrated real estate investment firm that is dedicated to the highest standards of all aspects of multifamily investment including acquiring, developing, redeveloping, and managing multifamily apartments in core markets throughout the nation. Grand Peaks consists of two vertically integrated companies, Grand Peaks Properties, Inc. and Grand Peaks Property Management.Â
This internship will be approximately 8-weeks (June 1–August 1, 2022). The Intern will work closely with the Human Resources Team on key HR initiatives and goals. This role will be in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Paid part-time internship, $16-$18 hourly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with training department needs.
- Aid with team member mentorship scheduling, tracking, etc.
- Updating company databases by inputting team member information, training, and employment details.
- Assist with internal team member audits.
- Administrative support to various HR projects.
- Assist recruiting with reference checks and job descriptions.
- Review, analyze and compile market compensation data.
- Other duties, as assigned,
Qualifications
Current college student, a recent college graduate, or equivalent experience in lieu of college experience are all welcome to apply. Effective communication skills. Detailed oriented. Experience in an office setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Â
